This course includes Fundamentals of Python, Python Collections, General Python Information, String Manipulation, List Manipulation, Control Structures, Regular Expressions and Modules.


Prerequisites

Students should have prior experience in atleast one other programming language for this Python Training Course.

UNIT 1: Fundamentals of Python


Discuss Python's capabilities & features
Identify location of pre-installed Python 2.3x
Discuss Python's Interactive interface
Use the interactive interface to ouput basic expressions
Hello World

Define Python script using Linux SHEBANG header

UNIT 2: Python Collections
